In order to use the kitchen for commercial purposes, all tenants must sign a user agreement and provide a copy of a valid Clark County Food Handler's Card and proof of liability insurance with Around the Table listed as additional insured. Private users will simply need to sign a release statement prior to using the kitchen.
You must pay for your kitchen usage prior to using the kitchen. In order to reserve kitchen times each month payment must be received. If you do not use all of your reserved hours in a month, you will not be credited. We will, however, do our best to help you find other clients to fill those hours or trade with you.
If you need more hours during a month and they are available, you can purchase those at the same rate that you are currently paying for that month's time.
Each tenant is expected to leave the kitchen clean and orderly. This requires that you do your dishes, put them away, wipe down all dirty surfaces, clean the floors and empty the garbage.
